Philosophers, Comedians, Doctors, Psychologists, Writers, Artists, Bloggers, and more have discussed every subject from Weightloss to emotional hygiene, explored everything from how to grow a garden on your windowsill, to the faults of Western education.
The following three talks specifically discuss ideas surrounding emotions, how to deal with them yes, but more importantly, how to feel them. My favourite is number two: Brad Banton on How to Get Over Shit and Be Happy.
